You will have unlimited access to all the content by downloading both the meditations and the worksheets.

If you need additional coaching, Diane offers individual sessions, her best-selling book, Clarity, her new book release More Than Enough, and the More Than Enough Book Club series, as additional resources.

How much time will I need to devote each day?

Each daily audio meditation is approximately 4 minutes long. You will then want to spend some time filling out the worksheet and/or using it to journal your thoughts. You could spend anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour each day depending on your preference.
