Today, I’m excited to share with you how to let go of or fix what’s not working, so you can create more of what you want in your life. We all have the same amount of time and because we have a limited amount of time and energy, if we want to create something new in our lives or change something that’s not working, we need to look at how we are using our time and most importantly, our energy. We need to acknowledge the places where we may be allowing that time and energy to be zapped, drained or where we are simply “giving it away” to situations, people or issues that are not getting resolved.
One of the most important things we can do in our lives, in our daily experience is to manage our energy. I like to call it keeping our energy “clean and clear”. So what I mean by that is that when we have an issue, or a problem that’s not being fixed or a stress that continues over and over again in our lives, it’s like taking a bucket of water and dropping in that bucket a big black rock. So just imagine, with each issue, reoccurring problem or unresolved experience in a relationship, you drop a big black rock in your bucket. With each black rock, you will notice the bucket has less and less space of water and becomes congested
So imagine the issue you may have had with your husband this morning or one of your kids, imagine the resentment you have with your boss or mother in law, imagine looking into the mirror yesterday and judging yourself in some way and feeling bad about yourself. Each of these, becomes a rock that muddies up the clean and clear space in our life. And creates congestion or a lack of space in our minds, our bodies and our psyches. We become congested with all these “things” that we are not ok with or not at peace with or don’t feel good about. So in order to create more success, more peace, more abundance, more love or whatever you desire more of in your life, you must tend to your energy each day, removing the black rocks in your bucket and cleaning out your internal energy so that it is free of resentments, relationships that don’t work, bad feelings about yourself or others and anything else that has been inserted into your consciousness.
So let’s do that. . It is time to clean out our energy. . . to do this internal spring cleaning. So get a pen and paper and allow yourself a space free of distractions, as I guide you through this visualization designed to help you identify what area of your life you need to focus on this week. And what specifically you can do to create more space for yourself and your life.
